with Spicy Sauce
Meat, cut into cubes
Ground hot pepper
Salt. 2 sliced onions
2 sliced tomatoes
Ground kulikuli(enough to cover the meat).
Mixed spices
Metal skewer for roasting
For
Sauce:
2 Bell peppers (green and red)
Chopped onions
1 knorr cube
Salt, Chilly Pepper, White pepper
2 tblsp of canola oil
Procedure
1 Mix the ground pepper, the salt, the kulikuli, and the spices together.
2 Put the meat inside the mixture and make sure it is coated well with
the mixture.
3 Put the pieces of the sliced beef into a thin wooden or metal skewer.
Add the sliced tomatoes and sliced onions in between the pieces of meat.
4 Roast on top of charcoal fire, barbecue maker, local firewood roaster
or an oven.
5 Allow the heat to cook one side of the meat then turn to the other side.

For the sauce, heat the oil in a saucepan, add the onions and peppers
and stir for 5mins
7 Add chilly and spices and stir for another 5 mins

SERVED PIPPING HOT, ARRANGE SUYA ON A PLATE AND THE SAUCE TO THE SIDE,
SO IT CAN BE USED AS A DIP FOR THE SUYA
Shrimp Coconut Rice
11lbs of rice
1 can of coconut milk
1 lb shrimp
2 chopped bell peppers (green and red)
1 chopped onion bulb
1 chopped chilly pepper
1 cup of chicken stock
Salt
2 knorr cubes
Curry
Procedure
1
Wash rice and shrimp separately and put in two different drainers
2 Open coconut milk can and pour into a pot, add the chicken stock and
let simmer for 10 mins
3 Add curry, salt, knorr cubes, and chopped onions and let simmer for
another five mins
4 Add the rice into the pot; above it add the shrimps, bell peppers and
chilly peppers. Reduce the heat and let cook for 20mins until rice is
cooked
5 Stir the contents of the saucepan, until rice, shrimps and peppers mix
properly

4-6 PEOPLE, ALSO BEST SERVED HOT WITH GRILLED CHICKEN/FISH/BEEF
Vanilla and Chocolate Cake
225g
flour
170g butter
170g sugar
3 eggs
2 tblsp of cocoa powder
1 tblsp of baking powder
1 tblsp of corn flour
2 tblsp of vanilla essence
Procedure

Grease baking pan or cut parchment paper to fit pan and preheat oven
2 Mix butter and sugar together, until both are thoroughly creamed together
and there is no trace of sugar granules
3 Beat eggs separetly and add to the mixture
4 In a separate bowl mix dry ingrdienst togther expect cocoa powder
5 From the liquid mixture, take a ¼ and put in a sepaatre bowl,
add he cocoa powder and mix thoroughly
6 Divide the dry ingredients between the two mixtures, and work the flour
into the mixture
7 Add a little bit of water to make the mixture a little bit softer, and
continue mixing
8 Using a spatula add both the vanilla mixture and the chocolate mixture
into the ready pan, you can either arrange the mixture in layers or scatter
them around
9 Put pan into the preheated oven and bake at 300degrees for 20 mins,after
20mins insert a skewer stick into the center of the cake and watch it
comes out dry, if it does then the cake is ready
10 Turn cake over unto a wire oven tray and let cool
