The movie continues with the discovery that angel actually
used someone's body to get to Dolly. The body belonged
to Alex who actually was dead after a sudden attack on
getting back from the states. He comes back to life after
his body is returned by the spirit beings. Through circumstances
Alex who now looks just like angel since it was the same
body, comes in contact with Dolly and all hell is let
loose but with time the issue is contained. Later it is
discovered that Dolly is pregnant for angel and the evil
spirits do not want the child terminated because it has
a task to perform in the world for them. We are told the
child is meant to be the antichrist.
Dolly undergoes series of prayers for deliverance along
with the pastor and a strange beautiful lady pastor who
surfaced to assist. At the climax of the movie, they encounter
the manifestation of Christ who delivers Dolly and ends
her predicament. Alex who has become close to Dolly eventually
starts a relationship with her.
Good
performance by Stella Damasus-Aboderin who colorfully
puts her character into the highest brink of ongoing madness.
And Desmond Elliot does a good job of total detachment
from the first character he played in part one. It's a
totally different Elliot in action.
Actually,
these sequels where not necessary. There's no solid tie
in the two sequels to the first movie. They are entirely
separate storylines from each other. They only ended up
ruining a good movie. I don't know whether the movie was
originally scripted all the way like that or it was just
the desire to do a sequel that resulted into this. The
two sequels were nothing but plain disappointments. They
were way out of point, unrealistic, hastily rushed and
only made a joke of Christianity; the request for a guardian
angel which is granted, Jesus Christ materializing to
save the situation, the revelation that Dolly is carrying
the antichrist in her womb
so many useless pieces
all plotted together. Some Christians may find it quite
embarrassing to watch.
Lesson learnt from the movie:
Nothing. They are actually embarrassing sequels.
